Our online return/exchange policy is as follows: 14 day exchange/return from day of receiving item from online purchases. If you get a product which differs from what you ordered you can get a full refund. Returns made by buyer that doesn’t involve fault on One Lanka Exports or product issue will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling cost is non-refundable. Thank you.
